Unless otherwise noted as below, all videos and DVDs are authorized for private home use only. All other rights are retained by the copyright proprietor.

Classroom Rights vs. Non-Commercial Public Performance Rights

Video cassettes and DVDs for use in an educational setting (i.e., in a classroom, school, library, etc.) are subject to an additional charge of $30.00 per title. These rights allow the customer to screen the title in a classroom and to include it in a library collection. These rights differ from non-commercial public performance rights, which are required for free public screenings of a film (please consider an additional charge of $100.00 per title).
